ENH: `first_differences` and `first_distances` methods (#59)

Includes two new methods, `first_differences` and `first_distances`, for computing the change in a user-defined metric over successive time points. Also includes a new semantic type `SampleData[FirstDifferences]` and associated file format `FirstDifferencesFormat`.
