Resolve #103: New lost contact state, and users must confirm jobs are dead.

queue ttr callback can now return SubQueueRun to keep the item running, using
new item.tempDisableTTR() method.

Fix queue.Touch to call ttrNotificationTrigger to take in to account new time.

New JobStateLost for jobs that the manager has lost contact with, displayed
separately in status.

client.Execute now ignores failure to touch, and tries for multiple hours to
record end state.

server, during shutdown, now makes touch return the kill signal and waits for
all runners to kill themselves.
