Update just-added tests for sqlite file mtimes

The previous commit added a test case that, in short, verified that file
mtimes were left unchanged in certain circumstances. Update this test
case by doing the following:

* Correct an inappropriate call to `PulpSmashConfig.get_systems`.
* Avoid a call to `ls`, whose format is liable to change over time and
  across varying distributions. Use `stat` instead, whose output may be
  tightly controlled.
* Move this test case into an existing module, instead of letting a new
  module be created. While there's no hard-and-fast rule about when to
  create a new module or when to add to an existing one, the new module
  name (`test_copy_mtime`) seems extremely specific and unlikely to be
  filled with more test cases, and the new test case fits reasonably
  well into an existing module.
