Add varify apps to INSTALLED_APPS and map migrations to vdw

The migration mapping is done by setting the SOUTH_MIGRATIONS_MODULES. This is done so that south knows that migrations for these apps can be found in vdw.*.migrations rather than the default varify.*.migrations directories.
