coprocess: avoid using the current working directory when building up the PYTHONPATH

This also modifies the bundler code as it's better to reference the configuration variable locally (not using "init").
A new configuration parameter is introduced: "python_path_prefix". In a standard installation the value of this is expected to be "/opt/tyk-gateway".
