* Treating trust policy as a resource policy.

Uses multiple inheritence to treat the trust policy
as a resource policy while treating inline policies as an IAM
policy

* Updating UI Dropdowns

Updating the dropdowns to include IAM Role in any resource policy type
cross-account findings.  Specifically, this will surface trust
policies.

* Updating the audit_changes command to include batched auditors by default.
