Commit Message

Remove unused buffered_readlines utility.

Buffered reading was meant to speed up loading of huge files,
but it is no longer needed as another approach (parallel reading
of gzipped files) has been chosen. Additionally the buffered
reading technique had a little advantage over normal reading
and the speed-up was very hardware dependent.
