Commit Message

Children as arguments, not subsequent executions.

Define children with command line arguments. The command line arguments
are JSON strings that define the child to run. The `olio` executable can
be used to generate the JSON. Makes more a legible way to specify the
invocation of the child executables in shell using ordinary shell string
escaping.
