New Features

- Added the ability to login with an iframe.
- The access token is automatically attached to any secure endpoints.

- Logging in via a redirect now requires a callback to be provided.
- Added a function to login via a popup and we now utilize promises for completion and errors.

- Various configuration params were renamed or fundamentally changed.
- The cludgy `extraQueryParameter` string was removed in favor of a `queryParams` object.
- User profile information was moved to `salte.auth.profile`.
