Commit Message

Fix #102 by decrementing scheduler group count during TTR handling.

Also decrement when releasing a job manually.

New provider.GetServerByName() method.

provideri.spawn now returns the server (host) name, and cloud.Server stores it.

provider.Spawn now takes a frequency at which to check running servers are
alive.

cloud.Server.RunCmd() now ends itself if it determines that ssh to the server is
no longer possible.

Job now holds HostID and HostIP, which are determined during client.Started(),
which no longer takes a host argument.

scheduler.ConfigOpenStack now takes ServerCheckFrequency option.

scheduler.scheduleri has new hostToID() method.

New implementation for CurrentIP that can hopefully reliably get the correct IP
without being told the CIDR.
