<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/cumin/commit/11bc6c931">setup.py: prepare for PyPi submission

* Change name from &#39;cumin&#39; to &#39;cumin-automation&#39;. Unfortunately the name
  &#39;cumin&#39; is already taken in PyPi, hence using a different name here
  for the upload. The module and API will not change.
* Include the full README.rst as long description
* Adjust keywords and short description.
