style: lint tests; remove prettier formatting task (#46)

* test: centralize use of `dataTypeKeys` and add test guard

* build: explicitly state file glob on `lint:standard`

* refactor: clean up tests spacing

Before the tests were being formated with prettier. Ultimately, it’s not great at formatting tests, so it’ll be removed.

* build: remove `format` script

Prettier is not working out. There are certain cases where it very much breaks down. Most importantly, it formats tests poorly, so instead I’ve added linting rules in previous commits as well as linting through `standard`.
