Latest updates to devtools, middleware, etc.

- Updates to devtools, breaking on React integration, so need to write
  more tests around diffing operations when integrated with vanilla
  diffHTML and web components.
- Fixes issues with the synthetic events not normalizing the `target`
  and `currentTarget` values correctly.
- Most importantly this patch removes the custom Web Component logic
  from the diffHTML core and moves it into the Component middleware hooks.
