Clean up string and buffer handling (#420)

* Partial commit

* Fix merge issues

* Update generated files

* Rename intrinsic_type to python_type

* Remove intrinsic return type - not needed

* Rename *_ctype to *

* Update generated files

* Remove type

* Change ViString, ViConstString & ViRsrc to ViChar with buffer = True
* Remove [] from Type and add buffer = True

* Remove type overrides

* Simplify how buffers are handled

* Fix test

* Fix nifake tests on python2

* Update modinst session.py.mako to match

* Fix flake8 errors

* We no longer need to dynamically add to the search path

* revision_query needs size information

* Enable revision_query test

* Update generated files

* Should have been removed in merge

* Put this in a different change

* Fix flake8 error

* Update comment for clarity
