Build Errors Fixes

cbtr.js
- Sorting was used to make sure ordering of values expected stays; but
  this was done only for the entries across all array elements across
  all browsers config.
- Today tests broke where the values come from keys of an object, and
  since their order can change, especially with SauceLabs browsers info
  APIs not maintaining any ordering, things break again. Now, the fix
  is to sort keys of all such objects before printing the error message
  of a failed check.
- Fixed all breaking tests post the above sorting change.

testem saucelabs browser.js hook
- Though the big "hang" issue was fixed; one more issue remained where
  stderr collects things from coverage program output and the test
  wants to find error messages always in stderr. In error cases, yes
  things would work; but when the job succeeds the stderr is only going
  to contain the coverage messages. So the fix is to not add coverage
  output lines to the variable the test checks.
