DbicAppCombo2: multiple improvements + new opts

Changed the name of some of the options to avoid confusion 'type_ahead'
is now being called 'type_filter' to not confuse it with the concept
'auto_complete' which is also now an option (explanations in POD)

The type_filter functionaly now works properly for virtual display
columns as well
