Rename Expression option "string" to "raw"

Changes:
- Replaced `string()`, `setString()`, and `hasString()` with `raw()`, `setRaw()`, and `hasRaw()` respectively
- Added deprecation notice when "string" is used in `AbstractExpression::setData()` and reassign the value to "raw"
