Update for Django 2.0 compatibility + expanded test matrix

Breaking change: add url namespaces.
Restore Python 3.3 in test matrix.
Add Python 3.6 to test matrix.
Add Django 1.11 and 2.0 to test matrix.
Update coverage and flake8 versions.
Add compat.py for Django v2 compatibility.
Remove try/try/except/finally used for Python 2.4.
Update tests to use url namespaces.
