Why this change was necessary:

* Better understanding how to set the reward.
* Debugging purpose

This change addresses the need by:

* Add visualize folder providing powerful debugging features
* Add the necessary requirements for it

* Add options for start_game.py
* Add links to docs
* Complete docs index

* Slightly changed the reward file
* Change normalisation process (important)
