* Added preserveWhitespace option to prevent trimming leading / trailing whitespace from text and cdata values

* Added unit tests

* Updated readme

* Restored test runner (removed it.only used during development / debugging)

* Reverted to original version 0.21.0

* Minor refactor

* Added sample request / response tests to assert that leading and trailing whitespace is removed by default
