Unbook a laundry time (#37)

* first attempt, added unbook link

* added redirect

* added feature file for unbooking a laundry room

* changed the link_to Unbook to include booking.time

* adds cucumber scenario

* cleans index page

* tests are passing, but delete_booking does not delete the booking

* changed the method to find booking to delete

* deleting booking

* all tests passing, user can unbook

* fix db migrate

* create new db

* fixed so you can book 3 weeks from now

* fixed laundry room id

* moved one route to own line

* changed according to comments

* singular on variable name

* removed quotation marks

* changed laundryroom_id to booking.bookable_id

* updated format

* time parsed :time

* added timezone
