Merge branch 'f/pytest'

Closes #4.

* f/pytest:
  [Tr] Don't display coverage data on fail
  Remove duplication in os.path.exists mocking
  Support running pytest from setup.py
  Use pytest's warn support
  Drop mock dependency and use pytest's monkeypatch
  Drop expecter dependency for bare asserts
  Switch to pytest test runner
