* refactor cpp and rpp functions to solver module

* adding RPP and CPP tests, summary_stats test

* adding summary_stats function circuit

* moving rpp and cpp solvers to separate script

* fixing tests where CSV mocks are called twice by limiting fixture scope to 'function'

* adding 'written to' as return for viz functions

* swapping GIF to rural postman for SG example

* adding rpp/cpp solution stats to examples and chinese_postman CLI

* fresh run of all examples and output
