WIP: Style (#28)

* added gem
jquery-rails
bootstrap

* added a navigation bar not working as I would like it to

* tried to fix the settings and the nav bar not working yet

* more fix to the settings

* more fix to the settings 2

* fixed some settings but my stylesheet is not working

* got my stylesheet working

* fix bootstrap 4 settings

* changes the devise sign out method to get to fix no route error

* removes request method from link

* edited the navbar

* merged with olofvi

* fixed the background color
navbar color

* added flashes

* added more flash classes

* moved calendar to navbar

* did some fixing on the navbar

* added email in navbar

* the calendar works in the server

* added user logged in the feature test

*  added background as user

* removed then show me the page

* added a controller
