Change to 'No asserts' when no asserts in suite

The textreporter reports number of passed, failed, etc. asserts.
But when there are none it reported 'No tests' which is confusing
if the suite starting line is 'Running 1 test(s)'.

- Changed that output to 'No asserts', which is more correct
- Added a unit test for this
