Merge pull request #151 from luan-cestari/rdbms_changes

Rdbms changes

This is OK for now, but we have to refactor the configuration subsystem so that Extensions are configured at the top-level app (rest apps), and passed down to these classes, instead of initialized and read here. Reading capabilities from a config file external to the deployable artifact is not a good idea. The deployable artifact itself should know its capabilities.( #172)
