Reworked the analytics engine 2 in depth, to comply with the design discussed in the team. It now creates a single JRO and stores result ids and dependencies in a way allowing trees of jobs, which could happen in the execution engine. The code is still mostly mocking up functionality but in a closer fashion to where/how real code will do it. The store handler was also reworked for result storage as it used to store lists of result metadata instead of lists of result ids. All store_handler tests were improved and made independent of the order of insertion in redis.
