Commit Message

Add "generate" command to setup.py.

It allows running UIC on all .ui files in the project
and RCC on all .qrc files in the project. The files are
found by searching them recursively by file-ending. The
target file-names follows the expected PySide conventions.
Namely "ui_<filename>.py" for .ui files and "<filename>_rc.py"
for .qrc files.
