feat(scene): Add middleware for scene enter

Allows directors to attach processing piece to scene enter pipeline, preventing enter callback if
not authorised. Replaces buggy approach of using method hooks.

Scene.prototype.enter is now an asynchronous method, returning a promise that resolves when
middleware finishes. Script updates are required to use .then, callback or yield to get the result
of enter.
