fixed "More" tab dropdown can't be shown when in call control page (#409)

* Add alertDisplay animation

* Refactor Animation Alert
* package add 'animate.css'  animation library
* separate AnimationAlert component, it's depend on AlertDisplay component

* Change AnimationAlert component default animation duration to 500ms

* separated Alert Message componen and fixed AnimationAlert repeat message

* fixed "More" tab dropdown can't be shown when in call control page
