jTravis: improve test coverage and fix a bug in BuildHelper (#341)

* Création du premier test pour la méthode
getBuildFromSLugWithLimiteDate

* Modification of import rules

* Adding tests for the following methods:
-getBuildFromSLug
-getBuildFromRepositoryWithLimitDate
-getBuildFromRepository

Test coverage for methods in BuildHelper.java is now 100%

* Improving BuildHelperTest.java
Changing values in Dates to avoid octal integer
Adding (and translate) comments in english
Rework test structure : shorter and more efficient
Using new slug to avoid running all tests on the same

* Update of assert method

* Patch on method getBuildsFromRepository in order to reach the first build.
