Update to 1.6.1 specs (#69)

* Update to 1.6.1 specs

* Remove C extension

While in micro benchmarks the `underscore` function compares really well against the ruby equivalent, it only actually yields about 10 milliseconds improvement on boot. Comparatively, it actually ends up pinning objects in memory that GC would otherwise be able to move, and generally makes the gem more difficult to install.

* Update to the newest rubocop

* Fix unnecessary style turning off

* Remove testing warning

* Update the docs
