travis-ci

Do not build with Python 2.7 in Travis

This is build fix. I am not aware of any better solution.
Taupage (which seems to be primary user of Berry) and other Stups tools
use 3.x already).
With 2.7 required, both builds for 3.x and 2.x fail with following error
