Mode setting (#62)

* Added some send/recv to init/reset code
- Added set-mode command (TODO: create a function for that)
- Added the "Start RFXtrx receiver" command in reset().

* WIP: setting receiving modes (protocols)

* Working implementation of mode setting
- Fixed mode setting and decoding
- Added mode setting argument in examples/receive.py
  (call receive.py /path/to/rfxtrx-device "list of modes")
- Added "RFXTRX" prefix to debug logs
- Separated get_status command in its own method.
