Partial integration with server code

- Moved creation of tables/index to a file for each driver. The
  test is loaded this file and get an array of statements that are
  then executed.
  Using mysql or psql tool, one can use this file to create the
  database outside of the test suite.
- Add the SQL store in the type of stores instantiated on server
  start.
- Moved logging of starting recovery and list of recovered channels
  to the server code that that there are 2 recoverable store types.
- Need to add ability to specify sql store for server persistent
  store tests. We may have to either duplicate or move around some
  sql store create/destroy code from stores/common_test.go.
- Updated .travis.yml to new Go versions and added mysql service
  for SQL store tests.
