Move mutation link generation in table to client-side

This will make loading of sequence view for huge proteins (like TTN)
about 10% faster (one factor is that thousands of url_for calls are
just slow[1], the other is that the dozens of URL addresses with
identical prefixes would need to be transferred which can be slow too)
