caching: add bulk_cache_delete method

in order to perform faster deletion in descendant structures. This is necessary in the roles delete_cache method.

For example, test with `User.first.global_admin = true`. Without the bulk deletion, this takes several minutes due to the necessaty to invalidate the admins cache for all dependent objects.
