Fixed the breaking test.

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: HttpEntity parameter 'null' in method public org.springframework.http.ResponseEntity com.ofg.infrastructure.web.exception.CustomControllerAdvice.customExceptionHandling(java.lang.Exception) is not parameterized or has more than one parameter ---> had to provide explicit parametr to the Typed ResponseEntity
