Fix #1669, delete badge when attendee abandons their group (#2854)

* Delete badge when attendee abandons their group

When an attendee abandons their badge, and they are part of a group,
delete the badge instead of invalidating it. Do not allow an attendee
to delete their badge if they are a group leader.

Fixes #1669

* Fix comparison between attendee and group leader

* Reorganize abandon_badge per review comments

Also, use is_group_leader property to reduce duplicated code.
