Schema manipulation (#30)

* Changed ProviderInterface's CRUD method signatures to return sqlite statement performance. Added initial performance logging that prints to console.log

* Added notes on how driverExecuteQuery uses node-sqlite to execute sqlite statements

* Added implementation for drop table, renaming tables, and adding columns
