Make SubdomainFilesystemLoader cope with .subdomain not existing

Rendering of email templates uses Django's template engine, and these
emails are sometimes produced outside HTTP request processing (e.g. from
handleemail). The custom template loader SubdomainFilesystemLoader is
still used in these circumstances, but the subdomain attribute in
thread-local storage will not be present. To avoid errors in this
situation, do not error if tha attribute doesn't exist.
