feat(flow): Include flow types in published package (#12)

Flow type files (`.js.flow`) are included alongside the published ESM & CJS lib files so that clients of `react-composite-events` can make use of flow type definitions without having to do anything!

Also generating a flow coverage report and flow coverage of all test files.
