WFS-T (#633)

* Added WFS-T Example

Initial example using WFS-T to edit a layer with SDK.

This version has the new WFS controller embedded into
the example and not moved into the library.

* Refactored out of example + updates.

1. Moved the WFS reducer/component/action definitions
   OUT of the example.
2. Removed the use of the 'metadata' on 'source' and moved it
   to a separate configuration for the WFS reducer/state itself.
3. General clean up and normalization of the WFS code.


* Fixed interaction-on-startup bug.

When the map had an interaction before map creation
was ignored.
