Fix(compose): Fix compose based on Flow typing tests (#10)

As a result of Flow typing `compose.spec.js` more changes needed to be made to `compose`:

- `duration` in the HOC needed to be optional for Flow
- `Component` in the HOC should actually be an `ElementType` since it takes either intrinsic JSX or a Component
- Set an actual useful `displayName` for enhanced component (verified by new tests)
- Warn if a composite event handler isn't specified (verified by new tests)
- Unit tests fail if coverage is not 100%
