* Control non-existant fulltext

* Control extraction failures

* PDFBox migrated from 1.8.13 to 2.0.7

* Added grobid extraction support for PDFs

- Logging from support functions now uses correct app logging system

* Added pdftotext as an alternative to PDFBox

* Separated Grobid extraction into a different queue

- Bugfixes on async tasks

* Grobid bugfix

* Do not process grobid messages if GROBID_SERVICE is not defined

* Optimized FORCED_TO_SENT mode

* Read also the extra custom content when FORCED_TO_SENT

* App created in tasks, coherent logging and grobid simplification

* Include poppler-utils pdftotext in travis configuration file

* Replaced bad example for the diagnose mode
