Service Config New Features + API Changes (#195)

* Add debug mode to service config

* API Changes + New Features
- remove getPolyfillSource(uaString, query, isDebugMode)
	- debugMode is now part of query options
- link service config to default query
	- user can still pass a dynamic query object when getting polyfills. unset fields will get the defaults from service config
- Query object API changes
- make naming of some variables more consistent
- tests updates based on api changes

* Update docs on debug-mode

* Add more tests

* One more tests

* Fix service config autowiring bug
Rename test custom service config to something other than serviceConfig to make sure the wiring bug won't happen again
