Require tags to be enumerable

Fixes #3.  By making the user pass in an actual record consisting of
enumerable keys specifying the tags of the union, we can avoid the
performance/compatibility issues around using Proxy. This has other
benefits, such as the ability to pass one unionized object's creators
directly to another compatible unionized object's match method, or a
unionized Action object directly to bindActionCreators, etc.
