Issue warnings for unrecognized tags (#295)

* Issue a warning when reading an unrecognized tag

* Fix tests that were using unrecognized tags...

Adding the new warning for unrecognized tags exposed several places in
unit tests where unrecognized tags were being used, either intentionally
or inadvertently. These situations have been fixed so that no warnings
are presented during testing.

* Warning revealed that tags.core.ConstantType wasn't imported

* Do not tolerate any warnings from schema validation

* Workaround for external tags in schema validation test

* Do not pollute built-in extension when testing

* Allow expected warnings during schema example validation

* Relax requirement for astropy version warning

* Add warning for when custom tree conversion fails

* Implement parent custom tag class to be used for testing

* Fix conversion to Constant in RemapAxesType

* Move 'display_warnings' function to test.helpers

* Update asdftype test to anticipate new warning message

* Add warning for incompatible version of tag

* Add test for warning for incompatible version of tag

* Flatten logic for walking and converting tagged tree
