BMI Install script (#60)

* BMI Install script

The scripts add a basic BMI installation with the following assumptions:

- Mock HIL
- Atleast 50G hard drive space
- Ubuntu Distro
- Sudo access

* Restructure scripts

* Add support for RHEL

* fix for ceph user in conf

* Install Ceph-deploy using pip instead of apt-get

* * changed Haas to HIL
* install ceph using pip instead of yum

* * changed port name in hil setup to something that hil accepts.
thanks @djfinn14 for catching this!
* set verbose and service to false. otherwise the log output would clutter the screen
* added a note in `install_ceph`

* Summary of changes

* install epel and pyton-pip
* use pip to install ceph-deploy
* install perl stuff needed for building tgt
* use systemctl to enable tgtd
* remove iptables part, because the service no longer exists

* Moved libvirt install and removed duplicate packages

Moved libvirt install to be above tgt install as either it or one
of its dependencies is required. Also removed duplicate gcc and pip
installs.

* corrected the path to log. Thanks @pgrosu!
