Release Notes Generator (#12)

* Create new API in ReleaseNoteGenerator

`generateFullReleaseNotes` will generate a special release note output
suited for the `ReleaseNotes.md` file.

* Switch rendering with mustache for release notes body

* Switch to mustache implementation for long release notes

* Refactor new API and add test specs

* Add task to update generated Release notes on github

* Add new class ProjectStatusTaskSpec

This class encapsulates a `project.status` check. Valid values can be
provided via Constructor arguments.

* Normalize linefeeds for unit test checks

This helps to compare generated release notes from different platforms

* Add github integration credentials setup to jenkinsfile

* Update tests and method calls to boost coverage

* Last layout updates
